Store management responsibility in the program.

• Secure UNCART^® carts inventory at the end of each day’s operation by locking all carts with lock and chain or putting entire inventory inside of store location. In the case of a store that operates 24 hours a day seven days a week during the evening hours after seven o’clock fifty percent of inventory will be secured (except Thanksgiving Holiday etc. shopping period) and released for customers use at 8:a.m.
• Do a daily cart count and report drop in inventory of carts to M.T.G.
• Call for cart retrieval if carts are missing from the property.
• Set up Reset Wand accountable program/system as outlined below:
  1. Have one or more persons assigned the reasonability for the use, return and condition of the reset wand during their work shift.
  2. There shall be a sign out/in sheet detailing chain of custody and condition of reset wands at time of sign in.
• Call for service if signal generator light is red or both lights are out.
• Call for service if signal cable is cut or system is down.
• Secure UNCART^® cart inventory in case of loss of electrical power to the location.
• Customer will be responsible for cost to repair or replace equipment (this will include the signal cable) due to misuse, vandalism, and other damages.

The CARTMATRIX™ PROGRAM^©2010 is a Full Service Equipment Contract
The contracts details and benefits as follows:

• Monthly payment is fully deductible when incurred for tax purpose and book accounting.
• There are no Liabilities on the balance sheet this may conserves credit lines and may help meet loan covenants restrictions from banks and other lenders. Customers should check with their own CPA for confirmation.
• All cost are included – property tax, liability insurance and maintenance costs.
• At the end of the agreement the Service Contract can renew or terminated without any further obligation, renewed month to month or an extended term.
• Store locations can have an upgrade path to newer replacement UNCART^® technology.
